Structured Literacy Support
Tailored to Your Child

I offer one-on-one, paired, and online sessions designed to support struggling learners. Every child starts with a Mini Literacy Assessment to understand their current strengths and areas of difficulty. This allows us to create a targeted learning plan.

All sessions follow a systematic, research-backed approach designed to support struggling readers. Sessions cater to children who experience difficulty in reading, spelling, writing, and comprehension, particularly those who are neuro-diverse or have conditions such as dyslexia.
How will this
Help my Child?
Many children struggle because traditional teaching methods don’t cater to their needs. Structured Literacy helps by:

-
Providing a clear, step-by-step approach

-
Making reading and spelling predictable and manageable

-
Boosting confidence and reducing frustration

-
Helping them finally enjoy learning!

Why Parents Trust My Approach
-
Evidence-Based Teaching – I use the iDeaL Approach, a structured literacy tool grounded in the Science of Reading, ensuring that each lesson follows a clear and effective learning sequence.
-
Multisensory Learning – I incorporate visual, auditory, and kinesthetic techniques to help children process and retain information in a way that suits their learning style.
-
Confidence & Motivation – Many struggling readers feel anxious or frustrated. My sessions are designed to be engaging and fun, helping children regain confidence in their abilities.
-
Real Progress Tracking – With ongoing assessments and progress reports provided after testing in Term 2 and Term 4, parents can see measurable improvements in their child’s reading, spelling, and comprehension skills.
